This page explains what Vita Agency Group LLC ("Vita Agency", "we") collects when you get in touch with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: [email protected].
Who we are
Our team builds websites and runs the online presence of remodeling, design-build and building companies.
What we collect
- Forms in our ads. When you fill in a form in one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes us what you entered: your name, email, phone number, company name and your answers to the form's questions.
- Messages. When you message us on Instagram or Facebook, we see your messages and your profile name.
- Booking a call. When you book through Calendly, we get your name, email, the time you pick and anything you write in the booking form.
- Calls. Our team takes notes. We don't record a call unless everyone on it agrees.
- Your public business information. Before a call we look at your company's website, Google profile and Instagram, the way a homeowner would.
- Emails from us. If we email you about our services, we use business contact details that are publicly available, such as on your company's website.
How we use it
- To reply to you and set up the call you asked for.
- To prepare for the call and follow up after it.
- To send you a scope, proposal or invoice if you ask for one.
- To keep basic business records.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for other companies' advertising.
The services we use to run these steps handle it for us: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Calendly, Google (email, calendar and Meet), and Stripe and our accounting software if you pay us. We also share it if the law requires us to.
Messages from us
We only contact you about what you asked us for, or about our services if we emailed you first. To stop, reply "stop" or email [email protected], and we will.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it for the reasons above. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it (invoices, for example).
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within 30 days.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure.
This website
This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address. It doesn't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
